Free SEO workflow tool

Audit page metadata in bulk.

Upload or paste a CSV export and review missing, duplicate and unusually short or long titles and descriptions across up to 10,000 URLs. Map your own columns, filter the results and download the findings.

Your data stays in your browser. This tool does not crawl your website or upload your CSV. Use a crawl export from your preferred crawler.

1. Add your CSV

Works with common crawl columns such as Address, Title 1, Meta Description 1, H1-1 and Status Code.

Choose a file or paste CSV text to begin.

2. Map columns and audit

Only the URL column is required. Optional columns are checked when you map them.

How to interpret the findings Missing and duplicate fields are flagged as issues. Length checks are suggestions for editorial review, because search engines can rewrite titles and snippets and display lengths vary by query and device.

3. Review findings

Run an audit to see results.

What this audit checks

The report checks the columns you provide for empty and duplicate titles or descriptions, empty H1 or canonical fields, HTTP errors and length suggestions. It does not fetch pages, inspect rendered HTML or predict rankings.

Why it matters for search and AI answers

Clear page titles, useful descriptions and accessible page text help people and search systems understand your pages. Google says its existing SEO guidance also applies to AI features; no special AEO score guarantees inclusion. Pair this audit with a Site Report for a page-level check.
